the breakfast buffet provided many choices and fresh ingredients. staff members were helpful in directing me to nearby attractions. i found the location allowed convenient access to both the city center and science museum. i used the free wifi and had no issues connecting.
i noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures , specifically a loose handle on the shower faucet.

the cleanliness was not what i expected from a hotel in this category. i found dust in the room and the bathroom walls needed better cleaning. this made me question the overall upkeep, and it was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation.

I really liked the rooftop restaurant. Drinks were nice. Staff were also very helpful! The location worked out well for exploring the city. The breakfast offered plenty of choice.
I was disappointed that the mini bar in the room had very expensive prices. I thought water should be inclusive. I was also bummed the rooftop pool had a very ugly roof on top! I heard loud bangs from hammers and drills in the morning, too.

Decent Stay with Some Disappointments

I found the bed rather uncomfortable, which impacted my sleep quality. The mattress felt worn, and I woke up with back pain each morning. the spa access wasn't included. I had to pay extra for the whirlpool and sauna. I felt it was quite overpriced. The hotel's location required a 15-minute walk to most attractions (I expected it to be closer).
